This is a letter of recommendation for Eric. I have a treadmill that had multiple problems. I called the company from which I bought it and was referred to Eric for the evaluation and repair. From our first conversation I found him to be professional. We made an appointment to meet at my home. He called during the day of our appointment to let me know his status and updated time. I found this to be very helpful. When he arrived he listened to me and began his evaluation. He not only looked for causes to my complaints, but he made sure that other things that may cause problems in the future were addressed as well. He even went to a nearby store get something for a problem that he discovered during his evaluation. I was very impressed with his work and professionalism. In addition he is a very good technician and a very nice person.

**NOTE** This is Eric again- I actually enjoy coming up with a "macgyver fix" on the spot, as long as it will last and continue to work- it's more fun than just replacing a broken part, which gets kind of boring after a while. Sometimes at the customers request, I'll do a fix that I warn them will not last, just to get the unit working again until I can get a replacement part shipped that fixes it permanently, so that gyms don't have to endure complaints re; machines being down, and so people don't miss their workout or have to lug a big bag of clothes to the gym, etc.

I had a broken treadmill and didn't know who to call. I googled treadmill repair and Eric's Craiglist's ad came up. I didn't want to pay as much as the treadmill was worth so I was afraid to call a company. I noticed he had some references with e-mail addresses. I took a chance and am glad I did. My treadmill once again works. He did an excellent job. Ask him about other repairs he does other than treadmills. I know he helps set up treadmills. Very professional and a reasonable price. He also comes to the San Fernando Valley and Simi Valley to fix exercise equipment even though his address is in Los Angeles. Call him about other surrounding areas.
And another Yelp!, also from Debbie (guess I made a good impression on her because I MacGyver-fixed her treadmill when the safety switch broke and the manufacturer didn't support that model anymore, and wouldn't sell us a new one, after only 5 years, so for want of a $20 part, she would have had to buy a whole new treadmill... plus, she's just a really nice lady)

Eric fixed my treadmill. Did a great job. He fixes other exercise equipment also. I would highly recommend him. Very honest and professional. The price is much better than calling a big company. I wrote a review under treadmill but also thought I would put it here to help anyone looking for someone to repair other exercise equipment. The company is called ExeRepair. I noticed he wrote something for his company but I put it under a different name so people could easily find it. Here is to everyone's health!

I've had my treadmill for about nine years. I love it and it serves me well, but when I needed to get it serviced, it was a gamble on who to call. I mean, who can you trust, from a list of total strangers, not from a mainstream company, to come to your home? You know, the Maytag repairman is one thing... Everybody knows the Maytag repairman!... but who are all these independents who say they can come to your house to fix something as obscure as a treadmill? Well, when I called Eric, I got the feeling that he was legit. His price was fair and upfront, his manner was relaxed but still professional, and he got to my house on time (even though I wasn't). I have three little leaping, yelping malteses that didn't freak him out. I put them away while he worked and even though we had a nice conversation while he fixed my machine, he still didn't waste time. He was quick, efficient, didn't try to milk the clock for more money, and I paid what he quoted. He turned out to be the kind of guy I'd put in my "fave five". :-) I definitely recommend him if your exercise equipment needs help!
